Gratuitous Food Pic: Foie gras for breakfast?

I love foie gras. And I see no reason not to eat it for breakfast.

This delicious treat was one I enjoyed years ago while visiting a chef/customer in Olympia. The chef has since moved on, I believe he’s now somewhere in NYC, but this dish will always stand as a reminder that there is never a bad time to eat foie.
